The things you choose to include in your daycare brochure should support your ability to safely and lovingly care for the children of the reader. Your brochure should give parents the confidence that your daycare is a good place for their little ones. Include parent testimonials, staff certifications, medical training (CPR, First Aid, etc.), and years of childcare experience. You may also want to share a sample daily schedule and pickup/dropoff safety policies. Provide details of your facility, including emergency contact numbers, and list anything else that a potential parent/client would want to know that sets you apart, such as your staff to child ratio. In addition, share photos (with permission, of course) of your daycare in action - playing, creating art, visiting the zoo - whatever your days look like! Be upfront about tuition details and any low-income discounts you offer. Your brochure should give parents a detailed snapshot of your daycare and build trust in the ability of your staff to care for their child in all respects.
