Questions about uploading your design

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF, SVG, HEIC, GIF, BMP and PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX). Each upload can be up to 100 MB in total. Designed it in Canva or Word? Download or save it as a PDF first, then upload the PDF.
Once your file is uploaded, we look at its size, shape and design and suggest the products it fits best - flyers, postcards, business cards, menus, brochures, posters and more. If the product you want isn't suggested, you can browse the full catalog from the same screen.
If your design has color or images that run to the edge of the page, yes. Extend the background past the trim edge - 1/8 inch on each side is standard - and keep text and logos a little inside the edge so nothing important is trimmed off. Your file is fitted to the product without being stretched, and the preview shows how it will print before you order.
For sharp prints, images should be 300 DPI at the size they will be printed. A PDF exported at print quality (often called "High Quality Print" or "PDF Print") is the safest choice. A photo pulled from a website or a social media post is usually too low resolution to print well.
Yes. Upload a two-page PDF and page 1 is used for the front and page 2 for the back. You can choose which page goes on each side, add more pages from another file, or leave the back blank.
Yes. After you pick a product you choose how many you need and the print material, plus options like coating on products that offer them. The price updates as you go.
Yes. You see a preview of your file on the product before you add it to your cart, and nothing is printed until you check out.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 4 to 6 business days. Rush shipping is available in most areas and can arrive in as soon as 3 days. You'll see exact delivery times at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
