Yes. When you order printed tabletop banners from us, the display arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

The package includes your printed graphic, the retractable base, and the vertical support pole. You simply pull the banner up from the cartridge and secure it to the pole. There is no additional hardware to purchase or complicated setup required.

Tradeshow booths and reception desks often have limited space for marketing materials, making large signs impractical. Tabletop banners solve this by using a very compact base footprint.

They stand tall enough to catch the eye but take up minimal surface area, leaving you plenty of room for business cards, product samples, or sign-in sheets. Our templates are automatically scaled to standard tabletop dimensions, so you do not have to worry about measuring or sizing the file yourself.

Tabletop banners operate using a retractable base that houses and protects the printed material when not in use. Because of this mechanical design, they only support single-sided printing. The back of the display features the support pole that holds your banner upright. We suggest positioning the banner at the front edge of your table so it directly faces approaching foot traffic.

Sometimes you need a display faster than shipping allows, which is why we offer a download option. When you choose to download your finalized design instead of ordering prints through us, you will receive a print-ready, high-resolution PDF.

This file automatically includes the necessary bleed areas and crop marks. You can hand this directly to a local commercial print shop, and they will have the exact specifications required to produce your banner.

While the printed material itself is durable, tabletop displays are engineered specifically for indoor environments. The base is lightweight by design, making it incredibly easy to pack into a briefcase or tote bag, but this also makes it susceptible to wind.

If you place it on a table at an outdoor market or festival, even a mild breeze can easily blow it over. We recommend reserving these displays for indoor tradeshows, hotel lobbies, and retail counters.

The banner material is permanently installed into the spring-loaded retractable base during the manufacturing process. Because the tension mechanism is securely sealed to ensure the banner rolls up smoothly every time, the graphic cannot be removed or replaced by the user. When you are ready to feature a new promotion or update your branding, you will need to order a complete new unit.
