We accept standard file types such as JPG, PNG, and PDF for banner designs. To maintain the highest print quality, upload high-resolution files that accurately reflect the final design. If your file is large, we recommend using a compressed format without compromising image clarity.

Currently, our banners are available in industry-standard sizes specific to each type, including fabric, tension fabric, retractable, and table top options. While fully custom dimensions are not offered, our range covers most display needs from compact desktops to large event backdrops.

Proper care depends on the banner material. For vinyl and fabric banners, gently wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid folding banners along printed areas-instead, roll them for storage.
