Direct mail

Head office builds the campaign once. Every location mails its own neighborhood.

The hardest part of direct mail is not the printing, it is deciding what to send and who to send it to. Decide both once, centrally, and a franchisee who has never mailed anything can still send the campaign you designed.

1
You publish a campaign
The approved designs, the mail method, and the audience it goes to.
2
A location picks it
It is waiting on their dashboard. They choose a design and make it theirs.
3
They pick their area and mail it
Routes on a map, a radius, or their own list. We print, address and mail it.

The audience filters you set arrive locked, so a location can choose where it mails but not who – which is the part that keeps a national campaign coherent.

The portal

This is what your locations sign in to

Their own dashboard, wearing your brand instead of ours – with the campaigns and templates you published already waiting in it.

Your campaigns, already there

Publish one and it is waiting on every location's home screen.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo and colors carry through the dashboard and the editor behind it.

Their work, kept separate

Each location sees its own projects and orders, not the whole system's.

How it works

Head office sets the rules once. Every location works inside them.

Three steps, and only the first one is work you do.

1
We load your brand

Send us your designs, images and fonts. We set up the portal, brand it as yours, and load the templates and campaigns your locations are allowed to use.

2
Locations work inside the guardrails

Each one signs in, picks an approved template or campaign, and fills in what is theirs – the address, the phone number, the offer. The brand is not up for debate.

3
They order, we print, ship and mail

Every location orders its own prints and mailings and we handle the rest. No corporate warehouse, no minimums to guess at, and no design review queue.

Side by side

Where control ends and autonomy starts

The reason this works for a franchise system is that the split is enforced rather than agreed. Tap any row to see what it actually means.

Who does what Head office Set once Each location Day to day
Direct mail campaigns Built once at head office, then run by any location that wants it.
Brand Loaded once by you, and not editable by anyone downstream.
Designs and print You decide the shape of what can be made. They fill in what is theirs and order it.

Nothing in the left column is available to a location, and nothing in the right needs your approval. That split is the whole product.

What you are signing up for

The boring questions, answered up front

You are about to put your brand into someone else's software. These are the things worth knowing before you do.

Sign-in from your own system

Send franchisees straight in from your intranet with a signed link – they arrive already logged in, with no second password to run.

A named account manager

A person who knows your setup, not a queue. They handle the brand load and stay on it afterwards.

The designs are yours

Download print-ready files whenever you want and take them to any printer. Leaving does not cost you your artwork.

No contract to get out of

Month to month. If it stops earning its place, you stop – there is no term to serve out.

Who it is for

The franchise systems this fits best

It earns its place fastest where every location has its own neighborhood to win, and the people doing the marketing are running a business rather than a design team.

Home & trade services

HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, pest control, cleaning. The work clusters by street, so a postcard to the right few thousand homes is most of the marketing plan – and the offer changes with the season, not the branch.

Food & beverage

Restaurants, quick service, coffee, pizza. Openings and limited-time offers come fast, and every location needs the same one with its own address on it this week rather than next quarter.

Clinics & wellness

Dental, chiropractic, urgent care, studios, senior care. Radius and new-mover mailings bring people through the door, and every practice needs the same look while naming its own practitioners and hours.

Real estate & property

Brokerages, property management, hotels. Agents produce listing material daily and at volume; the brand is applied before they start, so nothing goes out looking like a different company.

Not a franchise? The same setup runs for any brand being used by people who did not write the brand guidelines – multi-location businesses, agencies serving several clients, and associations with chapters.

Frequently asked

Questions we get a lot

A monthly subscription, sized to your system – how many locations you have, how much they print and mail, and how much setup you want from us. There is no contract and no long-term commitment, and we are deliberately flexible about how it is structured. Tell us those three things and we will put a number to it.
The controls to do it are not there. They start from templates you approved, using fonts and logos you loaded, and pick images from your library. They fill in what is genuinely theirs – address, phone, offer – and nothing else.
No. Nothing about the setup requires a system-wide launch – add locations as they are ready, and the ones already on it are unaffected.
The portal and the editor – your logo, your colors and your palette throughout, including the design editor itself. Someone at a location signs in and sees your company, not ours.
Days rather than months for a straightforward brand load. It depends mostly on how ready your designs, fonts and templates are when you hand them over – not on us.
Yes. Send us what you have and we will set it up. Use our templates where they fit; if you have your own sizes or formats, tell us and we will advise the best way to bring them in.
They can download print-ready files and take them anywhere. Most systems let us fulfill instead – locations order what they need and we ship it, so there is no corporate warehouse and nobody chasing a local printer.
Tell us. If it makes sense for the product we will look at building it. If it is specific to how your system works, we will advise you on the best way to get there.

Tell us about your system.

How many locations you have, and what they print and mail. We will show you the portal branded as yours and put a number to it – no commitment either way.
