Can I order prints of the designs that are created for me?
Yes, every design that’s created for you will be placed into your MyCreativeShop account, where you can easily order prints and have them shipped directly to your doorstep.
How will I communicate with my designer?
After you submit your design request, a shared page is created where you and your designer can message in real time, share updates, and work out the details together.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary based on the type of design service you choose. You can view all pricing details above before submitting a request. There are no additional fees—what you see is exactly what you’ll pay.
When do I pay for my design?
You can pay anytime after submitting your design request and before the final design is delivered. If your designer has enabled direct payment, you’ll be able to pay them directly on the request page. We keep it flexible, so you and your designer can work out the timing together.
Walk me through how it works:
- Choose a service and share your design details with me.
- A shared page will be created so we can stay in sync throughout the project.
- You’ll get an intro email to kick things off.
- I’ll get started on your design right away.
- We can chat in real time to exchange ideas and feedback.
- You’ll preview your design on the shared page when it’s ready.
- Approve and pay when you’re happy with the result.
- You’ll receive a link to your final design where you can easily order prints.
