Why is there a charge on my card?

Who is MyCreativeShop? We’re a small software company based in Fargo, ND that specializes in online design. We’ve been in business since 2009.

Why are you charging us? This is either a recurring charge you purchased when you subscribed to our Unlimited Access Plan, or a one-time charge for a print order or stock image purchase.
Doesn’t ring a bell? If this purchase still doesn’t ring a bell, please check around your office or if you’re a parent, ask your child (student). We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises due to your card being used by someone you know who has a graphic design need.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we add that charge to your order history page in your account. This is the best place to get an invoice.
How do I cancel my account? Visit our help portal to learn how you can easily cancel your subscription. There are simple steps to follow and quick links to contact our team.
Can we get a refund? All subscription purchases are subject to company policies and procedures. We’ll consider all situations, but it is our initial stance that refunds will not be offered on subscriptions due to the restricted access that is granted to subscribers.
