Trial Mode

Trial Mode allows you to try every template prior to purchasing it to make sure that it meets your needs. While in trial mode, there are 2 limitations that exist:

  • Print previews and printable PDF files cannot be downloaded until the template itself (or unlimited access) is purchased.
  • Projects cannot be saved for later editing unless it is placed into your shopping cart and purchased. Upon purchase, your in-progress project will be made available to you again.

How many different versions of a purchased template can I create and save? You can create as many versions as you wish. For example, if you are a real estate agent and you purchase a flyer template to use for open houses you can create a version for every house you need to market. How long do I have access to this template? You have unrestricted access to this template for 365 days. At the end of 365 days we will store your template and images for an additional year at no cost. If during this time you determine you need access again you can purchase another 365 days of access for 1/2 price. What if I purchase a single template template and find out it doesn't work for me? If you notify us within 7 days of purchase AND before any PDF files have been generated, we will allow you to swap your template to one of your choosing at no charge. What type of support do you offer if I need help? We offer full email service and support. During business hours (CST) you can expect responses to all inquiries within an hour, but many times much quicker.
